Order from the obligation to pay - the new rules UE

Hello everyone
 

December 25, 2014 entered into Poland, the new EU rules on customer service at online stores - and referring to amend the provisions of the termination of the contract of purchase and sale, new regulations concerning complaints, returns and warranty for the product (implementation of the Directive of the European Parliament and Council Directive 2011 / 83 / EU of 25 October 2011. on consumer rights).
 

Therefore, I have such a request - could someone help me add to the emails confirming the order of pdf files with the rules of the store, the form of the possibility to cancel the purchase, etc.
 

I tried to create a form in php but in this form is required button "Submit" and these emails are sent from a machine. Unfortunately, my knowledge on this over so I ask You for help.
