Prestashop customer notifications sent in the wrong language

Hello,

 

I have a 1.6 prestashop website with the default theme : https://icinger.com/shop/en

My website is in french and english. When a customer order something, he recives the email notifications and invoice in english even if the french language is selected. Is it normal ? How can I fix this ? I checked the translation, they are done properly…but not used.

have you checked the translations of the emails?

are these emails translated to french ?
