Make birthday date required when register

Hello

 

I know it's not too recommended, but  i need to make bitrhday date required when a customer  regiter.

 

I'm on 1.6.05

 

I've found a topic about that

Please how is it possible to make this field birthday required in 1.6.05

You can change which fields are necessary or shown on address when registering in Localization -> Countries -> edit necessary country and look at the fields section.

If you want to make it globally required, you would need some programming knowledge and override Address class in PrestaShop. You would need to mark this field as required in table structure parameter.
