when i add color option it shows "0" product price on mobile devices

Hello,

when i add color option (or any other combination) product price shows "0" on mobile devices, when i add a products without color option it works fine. Any suggestions?

BACKGROUND:

 

Non-combination products use the price defined by Catalog->Products->Product Price (Product Price).

 

Combination products use a combination of the price defined on Catalog->Products->Product Price (Product Price) and the price defined on Catalog->Products->Combinations->Impact on Price (Combination Price Impact).

 

There are three ways to price combinations:

(1) Use Product Price only (Product Price = Price, Combination Price Impact = 0). All combinations must be the same price .

(2) Use a mix of Product Price and Combination Impact on Price. (Product Price = Price, Combination Price Impact for same price = 0, Combination Price Impact for different price = +/- price change). Some combinations can be the same price.

(3) Use Combination Price Impact only (Product Price = 0, Each Combination Price Impact = actual price for each combination). All combinations can be different price.

 

ACTION:

 

First, double check that at least one of Product Price and Combination Price Impact are non-zero for products showing "0" price. What are the prices shown in those fields for an example "0" price product?

Digging a little more, I realized your problem may be mobile-specific. I found a similar thread:

Are you using default theme? Do you have a custom mobile theme loaded?
