pureorganic
Dear Forum I really hope you can help me. My prestashop is not generating pdf invoice, when I change status to "shipped". I have checked Invoice under Order->status and shipped. the odd thing is, that it is generating delivery note PDF. I have tried to delete and replace all www\pdf\ files including files in my theme. I also tried to remove all Danish translation files. I have added debug mode, but nothing is coming up, when changing status. My shop is live http://pureorganic.dk - But i guess that someone need to have access to backend / files to debug. I really hope that someone can help me. Maybe just in a right debug direction Im running prestashop 1.6.0.9 with simplio theme from premium-templates.eu - Its hosted on sitegrounds. tuk66
Do you mean the invoice already exists (have a number), but there is no PDF output?
pureorganic
Invoice number is not incrementing, so I guess no invoice is generated. Delivery notes is working as it should with number and PDF. I have also checked that invoice image is jpg filetype. Im a bit lost :/
tuk66
It is hard to say more without seeing the database and catch the potential error.
pureorganic
I have tried to enter debug mode by adding true to the defines.inc.php, but no exception is casted. Maybe it’s an error in the hook, so its not set correctly? I’m willing to give access to both DB, source and backend.

roykonnecho
Have you got your INVOICES on YES? This you have to turn on in another section of your admin: Admin - Orders - Invoices - set invoices on yes for the right shop you are using. I have another problem here, only in certain status. Have 3 paid states, 1 is sending PDF, other 2 not...If I look in the order_state db table, all configuration for the 3 is the same.....! I need 3 of them because of payment provider etc. Is there maybe anyone who can help and know what causes the difference? mlavant
After migrating from Prestashop 1.5 xx to 1.6.1.4 I got the same problem : the View invoice button did not work anymore. - first I turned on the debug mode to display errors details - I got the following message : Fatal error: require_once(): Failed opening required '/var/www/vhosts/china-chuanghua.com/httpdocs/boutique2/tools/tcpdf/tcpdf.php' (include_path='/var/www/vhosts/china-chuanghua.com/httpdocs/boutique2/tools/htmlpurifier/standalone:.:/opt/plesk/php/5.3/share/pear') in /var/www/vhosts/china-chuanghua.com/httpdocs/boutique2/classes/pdf/PDFGenerator.php on line 28 - It seems there was trouble with the tcpdf.php file. - After checked the files with my FTP, I noticed the tcpdf.php file got the wrong permission. I changed it to 644 and that's it. Hope it could help
