bellini13
The original image is missing, you will need to restore the image from a backup or upload a new image for the product.
cille5
I can see images on backoffice and also in frontoffice. just can,t regenerate image size. When I watch that error folder with ftp connection. There isn't sucks folder even. "Original image is missing or empty (/home/u711632949/public_html/img/p/4/9/5/495.jpg) for product ID 166" I have over 1000 porducts and 2000 images. So I really need to find solution for this. I have got many strange erros with Prestashop. I just wish that in the beginnig on my project I chose some other platform to e commerce store. bellini13
Unfortunately my response doesn't change. The image is missing, you need to restore the image from a backup, or you will need to remove the image and re-upload it. Note: You didn't bother to explain what you might have been doing that is causing you to regenerate your images. Did you do an update? Did you install a new theme? bellini13
I'm not sure what you are referring too? Why are you using a module to add products? What module are you using?
cille5
I can't regenerate image size. 2 errors Original image is missing or empty (/home/u711632949/public_html/img/p/2/5/25.jpg) for product ID 8 Original image is missing or empty (/home/u711632949/public_html/img/p/2/9/29.jpg) for product ID 10 For some reason prestashop makes wrong number to subcategory img/ folder. Prestashop is looking for images here: (/home/u711632949/public_html/img/p/2/5/25.jpg) (/home/u711632949/public_html/img/p/2/9/29.jpg) Images really are here: (/home/u711632949/public_html/img/p/2/4/24.jpg) (/home/u711632949/public_html/img/p/2/8/28.jpg) -I can see images on BO-FO!! -I made fresh install of prestashop, but still same problem. I use Stockmanager program wich I got from my client. Stockmanager automaticly upload -1000+ images -1000+ products -and data to website. cille5
On older version in "prefences/images" there are this move button. Not in new 1.6.0.9 I got this Move button back to "prefences/images" on new version. By editing /prestashop/controllers/admin/AdminImagesController.php file Script $this->display_move = false; to $this->display_move = true; Of course I already got this new file system. This didn't solve my problem. Edited December 26, 2014 by cille5 (see edit history)
