SLiCK_303
Hi, I'm tring to do something, and can't seems to find a way to do it, I was hoping someone could tell me if this could be done. One of the items my site sells is stick incense, we sell it in 25 count or 80 count. It seems to me I can do this rathjer well with attributes. But Is there a way so I can let all groups see the 25 count and price, attribite, but only let specific groups see the 80 count & price? Thanks, Mark Edited December 24, 2014 by SLiCK_303 (see edit history)
sandipchandela
Have you tried Specifics Prices section under Prices section of Managing Product. From here you can add specific price criteria for your site.
SLiCK_303
I understand that I can set different prices for different groups. I wanna hide a certain combination from certain groups, and let others see it. Like, only let wholesale customers see my 80 stick option, but let everyone see my 25 stick one. Thanks, Mark
sandipchandela
Hey don't need to set different prices for different groups if you only offer different quantity packs. When you trying to set combination at that time leave the product price field and apply a discount of field (both amount and discount type field) and configure only groups and Starting at(quantity) field. Product page only shows what you have configured. If you select All groups from Groups drop down then it will display for all groups If you select Customer from Groups drop down then it will display for all customers who assigned to customer groups. For more info, see snapshot attached.
