b3tw33n Posted December 28, 2009 Share Posted December 28, 2009 I've scanned the forum's but having found anyone dealing with my problem. My shop is located in France. I would like to offer free shipping to customers who purchase more than €79 worth of our products. But I can't offer free international shipping for this, so i'd like people ordering outside of france to pay the normal shipping charges even when spending more than €79. I have tried setting up 2 carriers. 1 colissimo france and the other international. The problem i'm running into is that the "handling" settings in..Back Office / Shippingare global. If I enter "Free shipping starts at: 79€" in the Handling settings than all customers get free shipping if they spend more than 79€. Obviously it's more expensive to ship to japan than it is to ship to lyon. has anyone dealt with this problem and found a solution? thanks for your timeJames Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

dformica Posted February 9, 2013 Share Posted February 9, 2013 I'm on PS 1.5.3.1 and I have the same limitation: Free Shipping is a global setting. This needs to based per carrier so that we can assign that carrier to a specific country/zone. Basic functionality like this shouldn't need to be hacked.
