trigem
Hi everybody, I am experiencing a weird situation accessing the modules section in the back-end one of my Prestashop 1.6 installations. It happens that: a very long time passes form the moment I click to enter the section till the moment the page loads (I think more than a minute, seriously!); the application can't fetch the list of the modules that need to be updated, it's been empty for weeks and still it is; some not installed modules have disappeared form the list: I had to manually load the Google Sitemap module, that should have been included in the standard installation. I can't figure out what is happening, maybe some remote call that hangs up, maybe something related to module updates. It is not the only Prestashop installation I have in the same server: the others, of the same exact version, doesn't have these problems. Some ideas would be kindly appreciated. Thanks in advance. Dh42
Have you fixed the bug with the autoload / class index? That does affect the modules.
trigem
Doesn't sound familiar, I think I haven't fixed it. Any hints about this?
trigem
Any other ideas about this issue? @Dh42, I didn't understand what you mean about "autoload / class index", could you please explain it to me? Thank you very much, you've been very kind.
