annfordinc Posted December 22, 2014 Share Posted December 22, 2014 Bought Prestashop and installed on Startlogic server. Switched over to Ipage server by using professional services. Since the switch, PS gave me error messages when trying to add to the cart or changing quanities. Error message parseerror. I uninstalled every module I paid for. I switched off Ajax option in cart module. That allowed me to use the cart module to add products, but not change quanities. Any chance I have to reinstall from scratch? Yes, give us the link to your site first. In the mean time, can you review your products and see if some of them contains special characters? Single quote for instance. Hope this helps!
