ayin
Hello, Is there any way to have an offline website / fully-cached version of the website or app for my prestashop website? I tried installing an local version using xaamp and manually copy the files and database. This approach fails in tablets and is very hard to maintain since I need remote access to the laptop and update manually the files and database. Thanks for your input. ayin
Hello, What I am trying to do is to find a way to find a internet-lag-free access to my PrestaShop. See, usually it takes some time to load pages with much pictures and in other cases my clients internet access has limited speed. What I want to provide is going to their office with my laptop/tablet and show them what my shop has to offer in a quick and lag-free manner. Did I explain any better? Thanks
Tung at RockPOS.com
Ayin, As far as I understand, you just want to load several Prestashop page on your laptop, come the office and show them. If so, the question does not relate to Prestashop indeed. But some suggestions for you: 1. Try to visit all pages you want to show on your laptop / browser. Come there. Make sure you do NOT connect to internet. I means, be DISCONNECTED please. Open your browser, visit the page, it should load the cached version. 2. More simple, open all pages on your browser, standby or hibernate your laptop. Come there. Be Disconnected too. Then show them Cool?
