[ISSUE] BO product global quantity is different than product combinations summary

Recommended Posts

Hello

The product quantity visible on BO products list is not same as this product summary of all combinations quantity.

Lets say product XXXX have 10pcs displayed as global quantity on BO products list.

This products has 3 attributes with quantity:

XXXX-S 5pcs

XXXX-M 6pcs

XXXX-L 7pcs

So total quantity should be counted as 18pcs - not 10pcs.

If someone order 2pcs of each combination, those combination qty will be properly updated to 3/4/5pcs.

But total qty for this product will still show 10pcs....

If I manualy re-enter attributes quantity for this products on product attributes card and PS will re-save this - global quantity will be corrected and counted as a summary of all attributes.

When someone reorder the problem comes back - attributes qty will be updated but this product global qty will not be deducted by ordered qty.

For products without attributes global quantity on BO products list is correct and it changes properly on FO orders.

I use PS1.6.0.9. Stock Management is ON, Advanced Stock Management is OFF.

I have about 2000 products and almost all has attributes. This is simple disaster for my store...

I am not alone with this problem. Others having this issue too but still PSTEAM is quiet about solution.

Can ANY ONE HELP please?

How to solve that bug?

How to push PS to re-count all attriutes quantity to show correct numbers on BO? Fixing manually 2000+ products is impossible.

Yes I did

If I remember this is the right fix

http://forge.prestashop.com/browse/PSCSX-3368

In case I am wrong please check other two fixes as it might relate to your issue:

http://forge.prestashop.com/browse/PSCSX-3347

http://forge.prestashop.com/browse/PSCSX-3018

I might be wrong but those changes are included in 1.6.0.11.

If you cant or wont upgrade to latest x.11 version I recommend  all to stay with x.9 version.

Is much more stable with less bugs.
