I cannot get shipping correctly set

Whenever i try and create a test order, it says it cannot ship to my address. I have configured the carrier to be USPS, as default.
Help?

do you have all your zones set correctly.
1. Make sure your default carrier is set correctly and status is active
2.make sure the states you are shipping to are active
3.make sure the country is active USA it looks like you ship in
4.make sure you have a US zone or the zone that is used for your country
5. make sure your price ranges or weight ranges are added correctly
6. on the main shipping page make sure the defaults carrier is usps and the price or weight ranges are set correctly.
