thund5000
Hi, I'm trying to remove the prescription in the product page, when trying to hide it and when clicking add to cart it still asking for prescription, Here's the site: http://goo.gl/X5ILWp and here's the screenshot: http://screencast.com/t/YKN3oFXoGU Thank you
Enrique Gómez
It seems the page has custom programming regarding the standard prestashop customization feature Maybe if you go to the product back office options page and change the custom field to be no compulsory Prestashop won't ask to fill the customization. It's the normal way the customization works in prestashop but as the page has custom programming I'm not sure it will work. NemoPS
I think he means you have to disable "mandatory" from each product page -> customization
