azknitting
I have upgraded from 1.4x to 1.6. lproblem is I did it as an install instead of an upgrade. Consequence was I lost all my images. they are now re loaded, but then I had a problem with shipping, kept getting error message 'cannot deliver to this address'. Got that sorted with help, but now, having uninstalled and reinstalled the two shipping modules, when I click on 'configure' message shows 'cannot connect to webservice'. What to do please? NemoPS
WHich modules, exactly? Did you add back your credentials?
azknitting
Hi Nemo1,the modules I use are UPS and USPS and like a demented person who does the same thing over and over again expecting a different outcome, yes I added back my credentials with no success. Thank you for responding
NemoPS
Weird, are they both compatible with 1.6? (I know they're silly questions but sometimes simpler things are overlooked)
azknitting
http://doc.prestashop.com/display/PS16/Managing+Carriers Hi Nemo1, thanks for response. This link would certainly indicate that UPS at least is compatible. Bernard
NemoPS
Well that is just a screenshot I am afraid, it only proves it's available on the addons store. Compatibility if far beyond that, sadly Maybe you can get in touch with the developer?
azknitting
By 'developer' You mean Prestashop.com itself ?
NemoPS
Well no, the one that actually developed the module. If you bought it from the addons store, there should be a "contact the developer" button, somewhere
