vansrv7
I created a cart rule to offer free shipping on all orders above a certain amount, only for domestic shipments and only for one courier. Everything works as expected except the order amount limit. Independently by the amount of the order indicated in the cart rule configuration, it always gives free shipping on the selected courier. Does anyone experienced a similar problem? Edited December 20, 2014 by vansrv7 (see edit history)
NemoPS
How did you set the cart rule up? Using the minimum spent? With or without code?
vansrv7
I set up the cart rule without a code and it looks like this is the issue. I supposed that omitting the code would result in an automatic application of the rule but, evidently, this is not true. Using a code let the rule works. I'd prefer and automatic solution, but I can live with it.
NemoPS
It's strange though, it really should behave like you expected. Is it working with other actions, say 20% off instead of free shipping?
Rosie Posy
Dear Vekia I have been reading your posts on the postage but still can not find the solution to my problem. I have a default flat rate set somewhere that overrides the information I set in the shipping tab under 'shipping locations and costs' Please could you advise me? Thanks in advance Kind regards Len
