danfar Posted December 18, 2014 Share Posted December 18, 2014 I have Prestashop 1.5.3.1 and my Backoffice is Caching not displaying new content until hard refresh I have all cache's off from performance page and cleaned out smart compile many times, tried different browsers but no go. e.g. If I click an orders it shows me the orders content couple of days old - until i actually hit CTRL + F5 then it shows me new content but now if i go back to products then come back on orders it still shows me old stuff please help thanks Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

No all is disabled - no cache dh42 is asking about 'other' cache that may be enabled on your server that PS does not know about, another is varnish. You would need to contact your hosting company to find out assuming you do not have direct server access and configuration. using chrome, when logged in ctl+shift+j,, then create situation and see if any errors on console. Autourdupc Posted February 6, 2015 Share Posted February 6, 2015 Hi all !Same issue for me.When i do some chage on a product, then "Save" and re-open the product, no change appears.If i empty the browser cache the go back to the product, I can see the change i made.
