Robert_PS Posted December 17, 2014 Share Posted December 17, 2014 (edited) I sell large Video Files, starting from 400Mb I haven't got problems with the smaller downloads, but the larger ones 1.3Gb > 1.6Gb fail (almost all the time). Downloads terminate at about 97%>99% so they won't download completely. Resulting in a partial download file that comes about 50Mb short. I asked my host to test this, but they told me that they got no problems with downloading the Videos. Some kind of server setting that could work? PrestaShop setting? I really need someone who's got the answer for this, my clients complaining about it. Does someone know a solution for this? I'm willing to pay if necessary.
