Customer Loyalty Module - Set Ratio Value

In the (free) Loyalty Module you can set the ratio (eg. $1 = 1 point)

I need to be able to set the value for the ratio as equal to or greater than $30. Is this possible? 

 

The client has a loyalty program in place where customers earn 1 point for EACH PRODUCT over $30 NOT for every $30 spent.

I was thinking I could set the ratio as >=30, but I can't do that from the back office.

Where is this value stored? 

 

Is this even possible or do I need to bu a Paid Module and allocate points to each product separately?
