gshds Posted December 16, 2014 Share Posted December 16, 2014 I am not really satisfied by prestashop support, there are more than one week that I explained my problem and I receive no answer. I find it much more advice through this forum, I hope this is the case this time. This time I need help for the module "Abandoned Cart Reminder Pro version v1.3.17" This module sends an automated email to customers who have abandoned their cart. In my case, no message has been sent and the worst, it is not possible to do an upgrade. (see attached error message). The first thing to solve is the upgrade functionality. Someone can help me ? Strangely after more than 2 weeks I have received December 22 the following answer : Bonjour,Sans accès FTP nous ne serons malheureusement pas en mesure de vous aider.Cordialement,JeanService Client - PrestaShop Addons For security reason is it difficult to give ftp acces. However, you should tried to solve the problem with the help your customer. Fianally we have totally disinstall the module and install manually and now it work. Without giving the ftp access.
