I got an email with Subject line: [shop] Payment failed However the email contents read: ORder Xxxxxxx - Payment processed Your payment for order with the reference xxxxxxx was successfully processed. the customer order history shows "Trasaction failed..retry" Why is this and how can I fix? bellini13 Posted December 17, 2014 Share Posted December 17, 2014 Can you be more specific about which email you received, and which order state was used to create the order Screen shots of the emails, as well as a screen shot of your order states from the back office will help Also would be good to know what payment module you are using, and have you tried to contact that developer for assistance?
