Can't access PDF File

Heya folks,

I put my pdf files within "shared/img/cms".
And I set up my config.base.php like this:

 

define('CONFIG_UPLOAD_VALID_EXTS', 'pdf,gif,jpg,png');

define("CONFIG_VIEWABLE_VALID_EXTS", 'pdf,gif,jpg,png');

But I still can't see my PDF files.
Any tips in these regards would be much appreciated.
