Cart check for certain products

Goodday to all,

 

Is it possible to let the cart check for certain products in the cart before letting the customer be able to checkout.

 

I need the cart to do the following.

 

There are 3 categories in my prestashop environment and i want the card to check for the following.

 

From categorie 1 there can be added any product.

 

From categorie 2 product (id==5) has to be in the cart.

 

From categorie 3 there can be added any product.

 

Is it possible to let the cart check if they are in the cart and if they are, let the customer proceed checkout.

 

Im using prestashop version: 1.6.0.9

 

If somebody can tell me if this is possible would be of great help.
