I've recently set up a Prestashop shop store (Version 1.6) and have one question.

I've been fooling around with the default store that was set up once the store was created. I have added categories and products, but unfortunately all of these new added categories and products are under the "home" section (when you hover over home it comes up with a drop down menu with each category / product)

I would like for it to show up exactly like the image below through the top horizontal menu, so I can have each product associated neatly with each category.

Is that possible? Or does it have to go through home?

Just go into the module top horizontal menu and add them categories to your top menu from there.

When you add the category to the top horizontal menu it should automatically populate the drop down by using the sub categories.

I have a question regarding Presta 1.6 and the category-product association.

 

I have only one product per category so practically my category is the product itself, having this in mind i want to remove the intermdiate page,the one in which you can sort the product by colour,size,etc, so when a visitor clicks the category it gets the product page with the image and all the description.

 

Can anyone pleasee tell me hot to get through with this?
