Enrique Gómez Posted December 15, 2014 Share Posted December 15, 2014 (edited) In case of "emergency" put this script in the root of your site http://www.prestashop.com/forums/topic/187719-contrasena-back-office/?p=928646 So you'll upload the password folder, and then access to your site yoursite.com/password so you can change the users password.
