Unfortunately i can not see how to add / edit or change a product in an order. The link http://doc.prestashop.com/display/PS16/Orders says that "t the bottom of the "Products" list, you can find the "Add a product" button, which adds a field to the order." but there is no such a button. Bill Dalton Posted February 24, 2015 Share Posted February 24, 2015 (edited) Greg, after you change the status of the order you cannot edit the order. It doesn't help to change the status back to Payment accepted. Only a new order with Payment accepted can be edited. For an order in your state, what I do is create a partial refund for the items I want to change. I then print that Credit slip and I make a new order for the new items and that gives me two slips, A credit and an order, that balances out my numbers and both slips are sent to the customer.
