ijoin Posted December 13, 2014 Share Posted December 13, 2014 (edited) Hi, I enabled debug reporting in the defines.inc.php file But strangely, the debug data is not showing at all My php setting already allow for error reporting as you can see in the screenshot Any idea how this happens? El Patron Posted December 13, 2014 Share Posted December 13, 2014 from hosting control panel, can you review the logs-->error_log to see if expected error is there? some hosting companies can suppress error display regardless of settings, you may want to chat with them as well. if the phpinfo above from a root file phpinfo? No, there is no error at all Yes, it's from a root file phpinfo At first the debug report works well, then I simply can't turn it off. I thought it's related to Presta's bug or something else so I decided to reinstall the Prestashop, now the debug report simply not working at all I already chat with the host, they said nothing wrong at all Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
