proevilz Posted December 13, 2014 Share Posted December 13, 2014 For some reason, when I try to log in as a customer, it doesn't actually log me in. I enter my customer email, password and then press save. The page just refreshes and returns back at the same log in page with no errors. I have tried disabling SSL and front office security but this doesn't seem to fix the problem. Any suggestions? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
proevilz Posted December 13, 2014 Author Share Posted December 13, 2014 It seems that I didn't have the Mcrypt extension for PrestaShops Ciphering setting. I have switched to the Blowfish class and cleaned my browser cookies and cache and it's fixed the problem. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Prestashop support suggested that I purchase support from them, when they cannot fix this problem to begin with! Have a great day or night...
