Editing Category in "category.tpl"

I want to put a link on partial of the banner image in my category.

I have done this before on another website (but not in category)

as you can see, I have put the email link on "simply email to" part of the banner image.

I want to do exact same thing, but I know, that it's "category.tpl" file that I have to edit, but this file is working for all other categories also.

 

I just want to edit "Bulk Buy Extra Discount" category only.

 

 

I know, I have to code in "category.tpl" for this and I believe I have to add condition for particular (bulk buy extra d discount) category. 

 

But HOW??

 

How do you add condition for particular category in "category.tpl"?

 

Can someone please advice me?
