Elaine Leung
Hi I have put the Trustware seal script in the /admin123/themes/default/template/footer.tpl <script type="text/javascript" src="https://sealserver.trustwave.com/seal.js?code=bc06a08e3d94df6b1bea5bc5ba6fd95"></script> I think I must put it in the wrong place. I can't see the seal on the front office. When I click on help in the backoffice, the seal appears for a second and then disappear. Please help. the.rampage.rado
You have to put it in your front end theme, now you're seeing it in your admin footer. One more question - how much does it cost to undergo the tests for small/medium bussiness?
Elaine Leung
Thank you very much. I have now put it in the right place. I notice the seal is at the bottom of the page. Will you please tell me how to move it up a bit. The annual PCI service fee is £100 +vat. Then £4 +vat administration fee per month. Each bank charges different rate. I am with Santander for merchant account and with Realex payment as my gateway and so the PCI administration fee is £4 +vat per month and otherwise will be £20 per month. Thank you Elaine
the.rampage.rado
You can use vekia's free html box for displaying such seals in left or right column. Just seach the forum for him and download this module from his site. I was displaying SSL seal and more with it until I removed my left column. I think you hardcoded it. You can use some html in footer module and then play around with the positions to make it display where you need it.
