Tracking Number does not appear in mail sent to customer

Hi,

 

I didn't find any answer yet searching in internet and the forum. 

I can introduce the tracking number in the backoffice and an email with the tracking URL is send out correctly but the tracking number is missing.

 

Anyone facing the same issue or know how to solve it?

The email does not contain the tracking number separately.  Prestashop will include the tracking number in the URL, but you have to tell Prestashop where to put the tracking number by using the @ sign, which is explained to you when you add the Carrier.

 

So the question is, the carrier URL you have, can you add the tracking number to that URL and have the tracking information automatically appear?

Thanks for your help. I guess it should be the following URL: http://www.correos.es/ss/Satellite/site/pagina-localizador_envios/busqueda-sidioma=es_ES?numero=@

 

I tried it out with a real tracking number and it works fine.

 

Unfortunately, I changed it in the Carrier configuraction but when changing another tracking number into my test order, an email is sent with the old URL. Is it necessary to to another order??
