abete1234
Hello. I recently migrated a 1.3.5 Prestashop installation to the newest 1.6.0.9. It wasnt' easy but everything runs fine, except for one thing: when new customers register to my website, they cannot add addresses to their profile and, as a consequence, they cannot proceed to checkout. I have made a few verifications, the problem seems to be that field "id_address" of table "ps_address" is set as 'NULL' for every new or edited address. If I change that 'NULL' to a valid parameter, everything starts working fine, but I cannot continue doing that manually for each new customer. My question is: what could be the reason for this strange behaviour? I am sure the problem is not due to the theme (I have the same problem on the same environment with another theme and I have no problem with the same theme on a new environment) and I am starting thinking it could be due to a module conflict or something similar. Anyway, it's 3 days I'm googlin' and tryin' everything I can but with no success at all. Thanks in advance for your help, abete
tuk66
Can you share schema of ps_address table?
abete1234
I found out what was the problem: when I exported my database, I only exported content instead of content+structure. Everything worked fine, except for that little problem with addresses. Thanks anyway for your help, abete
