He hecho la actualizacion de Paypal v-3.8 y la pagina se bloqueó y aparece la siguiente data:

 Please try to contact the merchant:

  1. <b>PayPal response:</b>
  2. TIMESTAMP -> 2014-12-09T15:10:18Z
  3. L_ERRORCODE0 -> 10002
  4. L_SHORTMESSAGE0 -> Authentication/Authorization Failed
  5. L_LONGMESSAGE0 -> You do not have permissions to make this API call
  6. L_SEVERITYCODE0 -> Error
  7.  
  8. Puede alguien asesorarme para resolver el problema?
