prestashop 1.6 after upgrade, import csv does not work

hello, I need your help, I upgraded from 1.5 ps to 1.6 ps (latest version) everything works fine, but I have this problem, I include photos, the page for imports of products in csv is visible in a strange way, and if I try to import the products I have this error "You must upload a file for go to the next step" after you select the file and click on next Step.

Upload the CSV file by "Carica un file".
