khryss
i enabled the paypal gateway and configured everything it never asked me for my registered paypal email adress just the API info and all works ok exept when you click on the paypal button to pay i get this error We cannot process this transaction because there is a problem with the PayPal email address supplied by the seller. Please contact the seller to resolve the problem. If this payment is for an eBay listing, you can contact the seller via the "Ask Seller a Question" link on the listing page. When you have the correct email address, payment can be made at www.paypal.com. Your purchase couldn't be completed There's a problem with the merchant's PayPal account. Please try again later. i called paypal and they say its because my registered paypal email hasnt been entered in back of site ... WHERE??? ive looked over that config page for days and nowhere does it ask for that email please help
Garbus
Hi, When you are in the paypal module configuration (Modules >> Payment >> Paypal and click "configure" button) and pay attention to the orange button at step 3. If you click it, you'll be able to log in your paypal account and you'll find the necessary data to configure your paypal module on Prestashop. Best regards, Guy. Garbus
I speak about Prestashop, not Paypal. To set your paypal account to work with an API, you can message Paypal. In Prestashop, you have to check the module menu then "configure" Paypal and you probably find a page what look like attached file. Guy. tamarantha
khryss, I'm not sure if this will help, but in Prestashop version 1.6.0.8 with PayPal 1.3.8 in the PayPal API Settings (go to Modules-Paypal- configure) you need to put your PayPal email address in the box where it asks for your PayPal Business Account.
