Strange issue after installation

Hi!
I have just installed prestashop 1.6.0.9 on my site : http://x-army.pl/ 
As you can see , the site looks like some basic html list. 
I have no idea what could possibly cause that error. 
Can anyone help me ,please?

Looks like your css files are not loaded. Check theme folder permissions.

"Theme" folder ? The one in "Install" or you meant "Themes" What the permissions should be?

also check back office-->prferences-->seo & urls

 

scroll down

 

shop and ssl domain should be set to: x-army.pl

 

then (even if shop and ssl was correct)...back office-->advanced parms-->performance

 

anywhere on this page click save, we want to regenerate the .htaccess file

 

then clear browser cache and cookies

 

revisit

we receive 403 forbidden.

 

this can sometimes be attributed to .htaccess in a folder...is there one in http://x-army.pl/themes/default-bootstrap/css/ then rename it _.htaccess and retest.

 

if not this is a hosting configuration issue.

Renaming the .htaccess file worked.

OK. 
I solved the problem by myself. I had to rename the .htaccess files in folders modules and themes.
I think you can close the topic, unless you see some other errors on my site.

I meant that I solved it without waiting for your answer. Perhaps that issue is caused by my hosting provider.
