Remove product quantity label, box and + and - icons from product page

Hello All, 

 

Please i have an online store that sells invitation cards, books and other marketing materials.

I want to remove the default product quantity with its + and - buttons for some products like IVs where customers should select from 100, while having it available for other products like books where customers can select 1 an increase value.

 

Please help. What can i do?
