bobbysocks Posted December 5, 2014 Share Posted December 5, 2014 I am using the latest Prestashop with the default theme. My theme is customised but usually looks like a normal desktop site. My intention was to turn off mobile formats for all devices using the explanation written here: http://www.prestashop.com/forums/topic/217719-help-need-to-remove-mobile-site/ After disabling all devices in Preferences - Themes as mentioned in the link, rather than turning off mobile layout my entire site suddenly turned to a mobile layout on everything, including my desktop! (see attached Desktop capture on a PC) Are their any kind souls out there who know what's causing this? Has something switched wrongly in the database or something?
