Image Watermark v1.0.2 cannot install and problems to my side

Hi 

 

I have started to move my shop from 1.4.4.1 to the new Preshtashop 1.6.0.9

Today i was trying to install the  Image Watermark v1.0.2 on the back office.

 

I got this error 

 

Internal Server Error

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Please contact the server administrator, [email protected] and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

 

I have not edited anything to the prestashop, i just go to the back office to install the module and now neither my shop go the admin are working.

 

Is there any bug with this module ? how can i fix this ?

just found out on another thread that by adding back the original  .htaccess file the site gets back

Now the module is activated, but as soon as i try to add a watermark image that is in GIF format the shop gets the same error again

 

there must be something wrong with the module.

 

The prestashop that I'm trying out is the last one 1.6.0.9

Is there anyone from the Presta team that can fix this issue ?

As soon as you enable the Watermark module you get this error

Now this is very annoying problem as the watermark module is need it for our shop.

What happends is as followed

 

Installing the module gives the same message as above 

then buy adding the original .htaccess file via FTP we get the site back

then going back to the module, the watermark module is installed

Now we hit the Configure , then the same thing happends hagain, we get the same wrong message as above

We go back with FTP and add the .htaccess again, shop gets back

we go back to module and hit configure, and now we can see the Configure section

we add our watermark picture witch is in GIF offcourse, then hit Save

now we get the same dam error over and over again, and the only way to have the site back is to add the original .htaccess

From here we cannot do anything anymore to this module.

 

Now can some one from prestashop team or a user that have had the same problem please help us out how to fix this problem.
