I am getting double taxing and taxing on vochers

I am getting double taxing on my site and also if using a voucher it is taxing also.

 

Anyone know the fix? I was told to go and change on pay pal module remove lines 55-57 but dont know how to get there so is there some one that will send me step by step to do this? Or if there is another way? Anything will help me at this point. i am also having mailing issues as not sure customers are geting emails from store but i am getting there emails.

What do you mean "double taxing?". What exactly is wrong and conversely what is right - order, invoice, tax amounts, tax rates, the total amount ...

Well i live in Loaiusana so anyone buying from me in Louisiana has to pay tax. lets say you buy something for 100.00 when you have a louisiana address it will show that item to be 109.00 instead of 100.00 then when you go check out it says 109.00 for item and 9.00 tax and lets say shipping is 10.00 the total would be 128.00 instead of 119.00 so i have to credit them or refund the 9.00 and i think lots of customers see that and dont order from me. I was told go to paypal module and take off kines 55 to 57 but have no idea how to get there to do it.

I see now. Can you check your tax settings? I would vote for settings instead of a bug. What is your PrestaShop version?

says i am using 1.5.6.1 and my tax says i have enable tax and show tax in shopping cart on base on delibverey address and use ecotax is on no
