martinkay Posted December 4, 2014 Share Posted December 4, 2014 Hi all A customer phoned to say he placed an order for two items this morning and only got a Prestashop receipt for one of them, although when I look in the back office, the cart seems to have been split into two separate orders with consecutive order IDs timed one second apart but identical 9 character references. The Paypal payment seems to have come through as one payment for both items though. Anyone know what might cause this behaviour? I'm still on version 1.5.6.2.
