EraShop
I am using Prestashop 1.5 for my e-store. There are lots of garbage data and lots of unnecessary stuff in my website. I decided to install Prestashop v1.6 (latest) and export/import my data from my old server to a new one. Is it feasible? I do not want to go for 1-click upgrade as I want to start from scratch, and keep it clean. I want new version and I want to use new/better theme. Please suggest me if there is any better way. I am not an expert in Prestashop. I am a PHP developer.
Oexo France
Hi, From 1.6 export all datas in .csv you need, do a fresh install of 1.6 and reimport them, then when you got all you need, delete your 1.5. Fast & Clean Regards,
EraShop
Import/Export seems to be not that easy. I think it is better to manually add all products.Has anybody got better idea? Oexo France
It's the simplest way, if you got only 10 products ok for Manuel import if you get more just export and import, I didn't see how it's difficult, it's just .csv manipulation...
