Logo too big

Hi everyone,

Just after the installation the first thing I did was to put my logo adding the file in preference = themes.

Now I see that it's too big but there is no way to cancel or to reply it. The real problem is when the customers received the "welcome" confirmation. What can I do?

 

I've no idea if I need to open other topis, btw I've two other trouble too... The first one is if there is an option to add the paypal fees, the second one is to force the tracking shipment if the total value of the order is over a certain amount.

Hi, I have a similar problem with the logo, it's ok on my website but huge on invoices/order emails etc. I've tried loading it again but nothing seems to work!

 

I think it also interferes with my invoices (viewing as PDF from the back office and when logging in as a customer on the front office) as I always get a 'time-out' error, I haven't been able to view any invoices so I have no idea what they even look like! Very frustrating for customers too.

 

Sorry I don't have a fix for it, but I'd really like to resolve this problem too.

You may not believe it but if the solution is the same of mine, we've probably to close immediately prestashop...

 

You can add other file, do it then click SAVE just below. The buttom seems not related to the logo but it is. So I was able to change it. Embarassing

 

From my side still looking for a solution regarding paypal fees (% to add to the total) and about the shipping choice.

I've solved in the following way:

Upload files = search the logo on your pc then click "open"

Go to the save button and click it

If it doesn't work unfortunately I've no solution
