Need help importing State information

I purchased the osCommerce to PrestaShop Migration and everything worked great, except all of my customers are missing state address information because I installed a modification to osCommerce that changed how the state information is stored in the database.

I looked through the database, and it looks to me like the information is stored in the entry_zone_id field under the address_book table. It stores as a number like 4088 for California.

I need help importing the data. I contacted support and they recommended I post to the forum to find a developer to help me make this change to the osCommerce Import module.

 

I'm willing to pay for this service.
