GoCardless Payment Module http://addons.prestashop.com/en/payments-gateways-prestashop-modules/5412-gocardless-payment.html The instructions are not update and the module communicate with gocardless but is not able to receive payment confirmation and to create the orders, so we have to make them all manual No answer from Prestashop addons and not contact of the module developer #@&%# Any help out there?? I was able to check your order, but I only found one message sent to the developer, and no one adressed to our support team. To ask for a refund, you have to contact our customer service and fill this form making sure to choose the "I have a billing issue" subject: Thanks!
