Change Product Window Box Size

I am using leo converse them . I have changed Image size as per my needs to 100px*100px.

But now rest of the product container buttons are big . I want to reduce their sizes too like add to wishlist button is there add to compare .

I have attached screen shot .. in black block image is there and red block is total size one product is occupying.

Kindly help.
