Contact forum issues

Hi all,

 

I have serious troublem with the prestashop stock contact form. There are many strange things happening and I have no idea why it is happening because i havent changed anything. it is a fresh prestashop install with only the CCC settings changed.

 

When I test it by going to the front office and fill in the contact form with my hotmail account, I do not get a confirmation mail, and my admin email doesnt recieve the message, only in backoffice the message is shown.

Also replying messages in the backoffice to the customer, the customer does not recieve the message.

 

Is this a known issue? I have no knowlegde of programming so I hope you guys can help me.

Ok, I fixed the problem partly.. I followed up whats written here http://www.presto-changeo.com/en/content/9-fix-email-problems

 

Now the problem is, that i had set up my private mail to test when i installed prestashop. Now all notifications are sent to me private mail. Even when i change the mail in all available places, like

Preferences > Contact tab > "Shop e-mail".

Mail alerts" module.

Back Office >> Employees >> Contacts

 

Still the mail sends to the wrong email. What else can I do?
