Personal Sale Module

I would like a price for developing a Personal sale module.

 

I need to be able do define a starting bid that the client will see and to define a price at the backoffice, so when a client bid under this price his offer won't be accepted and if a client bid over this price than his offer will be accepted and he will be redirected to the payment page. I want to be able to see the clients' offers at the backoffice.

 

I need the module to support rtl websites.

I don't need an auction module because this kind of a module allows the clients to decide the max price, and I will be obliged to sell the product to the winning client even it the price is lower than what I was going to sell it for...
