Bad keyword density on category list site PS 1.6.0.9

What happened with keyword density on category base on PS 1.6. ? I have a decrease of several points comparing with PS 1.5.

 

Example keyword hurtta - PS 1.5 - density of 3.85, PS 1.6. - density 2.86.

 

In contrast on product page I had an incredible increase of 2 points (which is good, but in some cases unreasonable, cause sometimes borderline - higher than 5 points).

Also for manufacturer page I had an increase on PS 1.6. of about 1 point, but in my case unsuitable, cause I don't put weight on manufacturer page, but on category page. Manufacturer block I'm not showing due to 2 reasons: one there is a bug on manufacturer block - you cannot filter - and second I use block layered and there is no necessity to double the content.

i wanted to answer but i don't understand very well your question... you have checked the keyword density of your category page on your 1.6 ps and it is not the same with ps 1.5 ? for exactly the same page ?
