priority rating in sitemap.xml

Hi,

Thanks for your previous help with the google results, I have fixed alot of the issues, but i have a few more questions about the sitemap.xml file and how it judges priority of the products, and how i can set some sites to have a higher priority setting.

if you look at the attached xml file, my categories are just listed in order of category number, is there another way i can make some with higher priority to show up in the search, ie sale (best-prices)to appear at 0.9 or something or is this done automatically?

Finally a question regarding cached material, I've noticed that as I put in my website name "www lingerie24-7 com" in the search alot of these posts come up from PS and Google forums as well as my site, any ideas how i can always maintain on top of them and perhaps request to delete the topics from the results as they tend to undermine the trustworthiness and reliability of the site.
